How do I track my Order

Tracking your order is easy! Go to our track order page, input your order number and email and receive your tracking information. Please wait 24-48 hours for your tracking information to become available.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Our aim is to process your order as soon as possible, there is a small amount of time where we may be able to edit or cancel your order, but this isn't guaranteed. If your order has been processed in our warehouse or you have received a shipping confirmation email, then unfortunately, we will not be able to edit your order. If you want to change your order, contact us at support@arcadiafairyland.com with your order number, and we will try and amend it for you.

My order is lost, what do I do?

If you think your order may be lost and it has exceeded the shipping timeframe, please reach out to the courier delivering your order as they may have more information. Your order may be at the local post office awaiting pick up. If you're unable to locate your order, please reach out to us at support@arcadiafairyland.com

My tracking says delivered but I haven't received?

If your tracking information says it's delivered but you haven't received, please have a look to see if the courier has left it in a safe place around your property. You could also ask who you live with and your neighbours if they have received a parcel. If your parcel is still not found, please contact your courier to see if there was an error with your delivery. If your courier cannot locate the parcel, please reach out to us at support@arcadiafairyland.com and we will be happy to help as much as possible to locate your missing parcel.

I received a damaged item, what can I do?

If your items are damaged during delivery, please get in touch within 7 days of the order being delivered specifying the damaged item with clear photos attached. We will inspect the damaged item and replace it if needed.

I haven't received an order confirmation?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation by email after you have completed your order, it may be due to an error that has occurred with your purchase. Reach out to us at support@arcadiafairyland.com, and we’ll be to happy to help.
